Letter from US Army Service Command to the New Mexico State Guard Instructor titled Prevention of Domestic Disturbances and Control of Military Personnel Flowing the Defeat of Germany. The letter discusses uncontrolled celebration of this event is not regarded as appropriate, and how a Plan for Prevention of Domestic Disturbances and Control of Military Personnel has been forwarded to the New Mexico Adjutant General and should be discussed with the Governor.  The New Mexico State Guard Instructor replies that the Governor will issue an Official Proclamation and that the State Guard will be given a re-fresher course in guard and patrol duty.
